Composed of two continuous furnaces, two multi-purpose furnaces, plus advanced powerful shot blasting machine and a complete set of carburizing and quenching inspection equipment, the product quality can be guaranteed. The use of in-line automated production realizes less humanized processing. The adopted "strengthening shot peening" technology focuses on the intensive shot peening of the parts where the product needs to be strengthened, so as to achieve partial enhancement of the strength of the product, save energy and improve product quality.
